The ignorance at Sea World
\nIs costing lives and they
\nCan’t accept its happening
\nCreation takes away
\nIts angels those they captured
\nOr bred from others who
\nDream of being in the ocean
\nAs so many do<\/p>\n
It isn’t just the dolphins
\nThat are sick the management too
\nTheir arrogance has sprung a leak
\nthey are clueless now to do
\n5 souls have given up the ghost
\nIn just 8 months we hear
\nThis last victim just 12 years old
\nFed on dead fish and fear<\/p>\n
They are dealing there with noble souls
\nWhose ancestry is long
\nThe ocean provides them so much life
\nTheir immunity is strong
\nBut captured away from the social structure
\nAnd, made to perform
\nSilly human tricks so as
\nThe numbskulls just might warm
\nTo them and buy more Chinese gifts
\nIn their pleasure park
\nSea World are a corporate
\nIts where they make their mark!<\/p>\n
They are there just to make money
\nAnd take advantage of us all
\nAs to humans it doesn’t matter
\nBut sea creature’s as a rule
\nLive their lives in ocean pods
\nIn a world of life below
\nWith absolute freedom to express
\nAnd to stay in the flow<\/p>\n
Miles they swim together
\nChase boats they love to play
\nBut in concrete tanks
\nOf chlorine and screaming kids all day
\nThe public with their dirty hands
\nTouching them as well
\nWe really are a conceited lot
\nPutting them through hell<\/p>\n
And this Pacific white sided soul
\nSunk into the depths and died
\nSEA world do not know the reason
\nThey are mystified
\nThey shouldn’t be these animals
\nAre depressed as they can be
\nFed on frozen fish and drugs
\nAnd treated carelessly<\/p>\n
What is wrong with the government
\nWho allow this kind of thing
\nCorporates making millions
\nAnd probably they swing
\nContributions their way
\nStatesman they are not
\nIts you scratch my back
\nI will scratch yours
\nAnd the voiceless can go to pot<\/p>\n
All these bloody theme parks
\nFixed term contracts for
\nUnderpaid officials
\nSo many by the score
\nBut what are they creating
\nA vast amount of sales
\nOf furry toys from China
\nWe all are off the rails<\/p>\n
Wild animals need their habitat
\nAnd we have to keep it clean
\nNot use it like our dustbin
\nNot be so bloody mean
\nPlastic bags in their trillions
\nMade via big oil of course
\nSlicks are coming often
\nPollution had by force<\/p>\n
Of negligence and arrogance
\nThe great disease we see
\nThe apathy is everywhere
\nThe incuriosity
\nWe are all taken for granted
\nIts the balance sheet and more
\nThe margins and the bottom line
\nThe voiceless they ignore<\/p>\n
Of course they are good at green wash
\nOn their web sites people paid
\nTo actually come up with the lies
\nIts their stock in trade
\nEverybody’s doing it
\nSmokescreens everywhere
\nThe suffering keep suffering
\nThats why it isn’t fair<\/p>\n
Cetaceans need the ocean
\ncetaceans need the sea
\nNot some dreadful concrete bath
\nBlue coloured and constantly
\nAdding cleaning chemicals
\nAnd prozac and the rest
\nIn reality watery zoo’s
\nAre places that now test<\/p>\n
The wild souls true abilities
\nTheir immunity and more
\nTheir emotions and their psyche
\nThat all of us ignore
\nThose who buy a ticket
\nFor the artificial sea
\nA tiny pool with the man made wall
\nIts notwhere they should be<\/p>\n
Never never ever
\nLive wild souls they are
\nPrisoners who live in fear
\nFrustration makes them scar
\nAnd Rake each other in the process
\nWe are a gormless bunch
\nWe go in there and pet them
\nWhilst we are eating lunch<\/p>\n
Our filthy oily hands
\nLeave marks on the angels skin
\nDo we care we bought our ticket
\nSo let it begin
\nThe ticket says touch dolphins
\nAnd that is what we do
\nAnd the state of some kids these days
\nI bet they pinch them too<\/p>\n
My heart goes out to wild souls
\nThrown into our tanks
\nMade to work the public
\nAnd satisfy the banks
\nFed on what is unnatural
\nNo life for them to share
\nNo variety nothing natural
\nOf course it drives them spare<\/p>\n
We are killing them with ignorance
\nMaking up stories so we
\nCan make a lot of extra dosh
\nFrom the victims in the sea
\nOf course we have objectors
\nTree huggers and the rest
\nOf course they make a lot of noise
\nBut are all futile at best<\/p>\n
Maybe thats the story
\nYou tell yourselves in Bed
\nBut we are here to stay and we
\nAre driven and are lead
\nWe love the dear cetaceans
\nAre really truly care
\nAnd we shall all be fighting hard
\nUntil SEAWORLD isn’t there<\/p>\n
Poor dart we hope he rests in peace
\nAnd gets his chance to shine
\nWe hear his old friend Betty
\nHer health is on the line
\nThe cruelty is evident
\nThey sacrifice so much
\nTheir payment should be freedom
