In so many ways the human being
\nAllowed his curiosity
\nTo take him into roads of
\nIncomprehensibility
\nUnfathomable in many ways
\nAnd regrettable through every phase
\nWhen dealing with the Killer Whales
\nTo me it is where mankind fails<\/p>\n
His mission lost in corporate sin
\nThe profit and loss now wearing thin
\nGuinea pigs cash cows and slaves
\nSo many lost in watery graves
\nBecause of us and our scrutiny
\nAnd our interpretation of what we see
\nCreation took a look around
\nAnd in the oceans what we found
\nWere massive souls with hearts of gold
\nAnd a prophecy of yet more gold<\/p>\n
Investments in life were never true
\ncorporates knew a thing or two
\nBut really their anticipation
\nWas not divine and brought no salvation
\nThe victims all would realise
\nThat capture would herald their demise
\nThe arrogance and the naivete
\nWould seal their fate So obviously<\/p>\n
The narrow-mindedness was there
\nScience seemingly did share
\nA wisdom based on who paid who
\nFor who paid made the decisions to do
\nThe continued capture of Killer Whales
\nOf the Dolphin tribes On their watery trails
\nTo under value their family trees
\nAnd to murder and kill just as they please<\/p>\n
They demonstrated a crucial role
\nTheir intuition it lacked true soul
\nTheir arguments were profit based
\nProfit arguments seldom faced
\nThe evidence was always there
\nBut unfairness they did never share
\nCruelty was a price they paid
\nA consciousness that did quickly fade
\nIt became their rationality
\nFor creatures living in the sea<\/p>\n
Many have passed on lost as we
\nRegulated adversity
\nWe covered it up and let them die
\nWe failed to recognise by and by
\nWe disregarded their peace of mind
\nWe were neglectful we were blind
\nWe had the answers we knew the score
\nWe forced them to fight in our war<\/p>\n
So many victims along the way
\nOur bigotry was so at play
\nWe abused them so as well we know
\nAnd still use them Today
\nFor us its science all the way
\nFor our knowledge they still do have to pay
\nThe vagary of our desire
\nA preposterous thought that leads to fire<\/p>\n
The bitter end is coming fast
\nCaptivity was not made to last
\nProlonged torture became our crime
\nObscurantists with their time
\nThey are angels brought to show
\nMankind a better way to go
\nTheir shameful plea’s
\nAnd troublous ways
\nWill be with us all our days<\/p>\n
Protestors drums beat loud and clear
\nTheir voices are the storms some fear
\nTheir use and adaptability
\nTheir virtue and capacity
\nEdifying I have to say
\nWinning the argument today
\nChanging the minds and offering aid
\nTo the victims now the stock in trade<\/p>\n
Immaculacy in creative form
\nFlawless and faultless in the storm
\nOf protests growing louder now
\nConsummate in showing us how
\nThe restoration of common sense
\nGetting the fallen off the fence
\nInto a sanctum of safety where
\nThe greater pods can again share<\/p>\n
A fluidity and a bastion where
\nThe future with the support there
\nDeliverance a life line too
\nFreedom for the lot of you
\nWatching and learning
\nAnd being discerning
\nRighteousness goodness
\nResisting temptation
\nHaving due reverence and
\nConsideration<\/p>\n
