\nOf fear for they are torturers

\nThe evil and the arrogance

\nA cage a lot of Lions

A givenness thats taken away
\nA freedom that is lost
\nThe bedrock of their being
\nIs an enormous cost
\nStolen from the jungle
\nAnd thrust before a crowd
\nOf ignorance and of mayhem
\nIn which the Lions are bowed<\/p>\n
Down before their masters
\nThe tamer so to say
\nWho abuses every nuance
\nAnd only makes them pay
\nTheir neverness of always
\nTheir emptiness of now
\nThey are nobody in the many eyes
\nThey were once Kings but now how<\/p>\n
Can they ever gain respect
\nIt was cancelled long ago
\nIn some hypothetical kingdom
\nSo out of the flow
\nSuch a ponderous ambition
\nTheir potentiality
\nWasted on these ignorant souls
\nWhose minds were never free<\/p>\n
Water hoses and bloody spears
\nAgainst the talons here
\nThose humans clearly hated
\nDespite the innate fear
\nOf human retribution
\nThose lions went for the kill
\nThey were very angry
\nAnd blood wanted to spill<\/p>\n
Circus and wild animals
\nIs a spectacle of sin
\nThere is no authenticity
\nBy now it is wearing thin
\nTo even have suggestion
\nThat it ever had a place
\nIts cruelty and abuse of life
\nIn a nutshell a disgrace<\/p>\n
We really are the parasites
\nIn this whole affair
\nTaking advantage of animals
\nWho really are aware
\nUnthreading their spirit
\nUnravelling their soul
\nRemoving any respect they had
\nAs evidence of control<\/p>\n
Well it all went wrong and sadly
\nThe Lions were left to roar
\nTo radiate their anger
\nChaos and some more
\nEverywhere was violence
\nThe beginning of the end
\nAn epilogue of evil
\nBurst forth to defend<\/p>\n
I hope his wounds were painful
\nI hope gangrene set in
\nThese trainers are no brainers
\nThe drums of hell the din
\nIs vile and it is deafening
\nDon’t you think we don’t know the way
\nYou get these KINGS to do the tricks
\nBy savaging them every day<\/p>\n
By instilling fear into them
\nAnd promising them more
\nBy breaking down their spirit
\nAnd what they are breathing for
\nTo do your stupid ignorant tricks
\nAnd be seen as little lambs
\nWhose mother would given half the chance

Her big horns up your arses
