\ndecorative hats
\nworn by the guards
\nhere are the stat’s
\n600 or so wild bears
\nare killed
\nthat’s every year
\nall their blood spilled
\nBrown Bears and Black bears
\nboth get mown down
\nThe brown one’s are dyed
\nand the black ones
\nYou frown!
\nall of them Canadian
\nall hit the dust
\nPETA is right
\nits fills me with disgust
\nbesides I am sure
\nthese poor sentries must be
\ntired and frustrated
\nceremonially
\nwith bear numbers dwindling
\nI bet, they feel
\nThat in this day and age
\nreal bear skins the deal
\nreveals an uncaring
\ndispassionate view
\nAll these Bears slaughtered
\nand it will, cont-in-ue
\nRicky Gervais and others besides
\nHave made the fact known
\nand now it all rides
\non the Queen or some other
\nhigh up, so their fate
\nis now in the hands

For what good it will do
