The Gade meanders generously passed
\nLand of autumn sward well green
\nTussocks dense and gazing skywards
\nWhitened with a frosty sheen
\nBeyond the curling bushes friendly
\nStands a mass a wooded clime
\nPowder puffs of pink and orange
\nEagerly now passing time<\/p>\n
A bridle path extends its welcome
\nOver to the bridge where sighs
\nWhere thoughts of lovers casting shadows
\nMore so than we realise
\nThe outwardness and the projection
\nA chain of reasoning follows course
\nA tractor moves along a byway
\nCreating patterning at source<\/p>\n
The sky a chasm so demanding
\nA diagnostic of the mind
\nEver changing with such brightness
\nHelping one to now unwind
\nThe whiteness of the sun creating
\nLight thats blinding forcing me
\nTo look away to seek some darkness
\nFor what is really truthfully<\/p>\n
A fullness of immense proportions
\nAn intensity of far reaching light
\nAn Overwhelming sense of justice
\nCompensating all in sight
\nThe sublimity of light on grasslands
\nChampioning the subtle shade
\nPicking out the purple pigments
\nThat with cloud cover now may fade<\/p>\n
The telegraph long lines of messaging
\nUnseen unheard but all there
\nBrinkmanship and understanding
\nHang together in the air
\nSpiny hedgerows tossed and twisted
\nHave resisted many a soul
\nWho wrestled with the thought of pushing
\nInto and through as perhaps a goal<\/p>\n
The thud of a 12 bore in the distance
\nPropelled across the field to where
\nSomething moved in a copse of holly
\nAnd possibly faced instant despair
\nAlready there is massive cover
\nA cloak of slate grey now hangs fast
\nThe colours changing with every moment
\nThe natural die of life is cast<\/p>\n
And all of this is for the seeing
\nAn open eye a past dream state
\nDiscovering a new beginning
\nA sequel perhaps to our fate
\nBackwards forwards dusts are rising
\nFrom the tractor’s too and fro
\nStraight lines lifted and projected
\nSetting up the place to grow<\/p>\n
All of this is from a window on the world
\nBeyond the mind
\nThe oneness and the solitude
\nThe solidarity underlined
\nThe changeableness its fair and fleeting
\nImmortality of an age
\nA birds eye view of every moment
