Captivity has been at a price
\nToo high to contemplate
\nThe deaths of 4 young trainers
\nAnd injuries to date
\nNumbering so many
\nThe Orca came to be
\nClearly many steps too far
\npathologically<\/p>\n
Our pursuit of power and profit
\nTook us on the trail
\nWe crossed over into greatness
\nInto sublimity to fail
\nMiserably along the way
\nWe were totally unfair
\nWe had eyes but we closed them
\nHappy with their despair<\/p>\n
We enjoyed our own lives
\nWhilst preventing them their goals
\nThey received no compensation
\nOnly weights and tolls
\nThey were mighty so much mightier
\nThan ever we were but they
\nWere made to be our entertainment slaves
\nAlong their way<\/p>\n
We drew from them negativity
\nThey slaughtered us and they
\nBroke us into pieces and we lied
\nYes all the way
\nWe buried the true facts of what they had done

\nMade us an example

Protestors rose in quantity
\nShare prices they did fall
\nBums on seats got fewer
\nWe lost one and all
\nVictims we created
\nMany and now we
\nAre stopping the breeding of Orca’s
\nSo said Sea World recently<\/p>\n
But we shall hold our captives
\nSea pens will not transcend
\nOut little concrete bath tubs
\nThey are not to end
\nUntil each orca leaves this planet
\nThen and only then
\nWill we stop and reflect on what
\nWe shall do in the end<\/p>\n
The amalgamation with HSUS they
\nAlso have had their problems
\nAlong the way
\nWhether this is a good move
\nOnly time will tell
\nApparently its been welcomed
\nCreating heaven from their hell<\/p>\n
How quickly we forget the truth
\nHow sad for kingdom come

\nAnd the dolphins are we so numb
