The existence of wild nature
\nIs ever present here
\nIn fact its overflowing
\nWith an abundance thats is clear
\nCreation is the reason
\nFundamentally
\nMan has remained kind here
\nThe outcome we niw see<\/p>\n
Is the wilderness is still there
\nConsequentially
\nThe vigour and the dynamism
\nWe can all still share
\nUnchartered rivers
\nUnclimbed mountains
\nForests still intact
\nAnd all the myriad animals
\nStill living there in fact<\/p>\n
A wonderland of potent force
\nStalwart stout and strong
\nA luxuriance and lushness
\nAs it has been all along
\nAn amazing cornucopia
\nand a uberous display
\nThat thrusts itself into the sky
\nEvery single day<\/p>\n
So much collaboration
\nAnd truthful synergy
\nAction and reaction
\nSuch continuity
\nA depth of space
\nFar reaching and widespread
\nEverywhere is how it was
\nIt we have to face<\/p>\n
Nature is the mistress
\nThe elemental soul
\nThe universal sub crust
\nA so euphoric role
\nThe animals that were placed there
\nAre still there to this day
\nWonderful wild tigers
\nAnd of course their actual prey<\/p>\n
Man has kept away
\nAnd by so doing we can see
\nHow nature managed everything
\nSo very perfectly
\nHumanity has shown us all
\nThe error of his ways
\nDestruction of the means of life
\nThat supports us all our days<\/p>\n
Laos stood back for some reason
\nLuminaries they
\nView the viridescence
\nThe colourful display
\nThe richness of the vegetation
\nThe abundance everywhere
\nThe kaleidoscope of naturalness
\nAnd the purity of air<\/p>\n
Its a revelation
\nAn emanation there
\nObvious and impressionable
\nThe appearance of such care
\nA consciousness apparent
\nA sensorium of soul
\nCerebral and abstract
\nReflections are the goal<\/p>\n
The total assiduity
\nAnd the thoroughness we see
\nMindful and painstaking
\nCreated lovingly
\nThe mighty Mekong River
\nA giant to bestow
\nIts vast oaths if glory
\nAs it rushes to and fro<\/p>\n
Where in great living armies
\nOf fish feed and enjoy
\nThe passion and the life force
\nThat nature does employ
\nThe people catch their bounty
\nVast numbers for the pot
\nA prophecy of balances
\nAnd a fore glimpse of a lot<\/p>\n
Hunters there are hunters
\nBut they use a primitive bow
\nAll fire arms are banned here
\nThe living it is slow
\nAnd the light is really obvious
\nA rhapsody of sound
\nDreams into delirium
\nThe visionaries abound<\/p>\n
Mythic even legendary
\nA world of all thats true
\nA very inventive people
\nUndisguised in what they do
\nRules protecting wild life
\nAre not as enforced as they
\nCould be so the killings
\nDo go on each day<\/p>\n
The people though apparently
\nHave that instinct to be aware
\nTo not kate more than is needed
\nTo be thankful and to care<\/p>\n
They have a sense of purpose
\nThey train their elephants and
\nNever use the bull hook
\nFor they do understand
\nThe need to use a calm voice
\nTo respect and use great care
\nPhajan is outlawed in Laos
\nFor the animals that are there<\/p>\n
the Elephant is loved by them
\nThough the wild souls truly are
\nWild and are best left to their resources
\nFor they star
\nIn the forest as the leads
\nSome 500 or so
\nThey do not tolerate people
