In the depths of the litter

\nSo richly creative
\nOf fertility
\nThe network of tree roots and fungi
\nInteraction is working the magic
\nThat most cannot see<\/p>\n
Trees do communicate sharing
\nThe nutrients
\nTalking the language and sharing
\nThe care
\nSurvival is paramount
\nIn the vast woodlands
\nAll the interfaces
\nAre very aware<\/p>\n
Life is much more than
\nDealing with money
\nBut not for the corporate
\nLoggers for they
\nDestroy everything in their path
\nOn short circuits
\nAnd in reality all of us pay<\/p>\n
Removing or burning the old trees
\nIs ignorance
\nOf how dead and dying trees
\nPass on their worth
\nThey have good nutrients
\nAnd a vast knowledge
\nAnd can pass it on

The fungi will come and breakdown
\nmaterials
\nSharing it out via the networks below
\nThis is the future
\nOf all of our forests
\nWhich corporate interests
\nSimply don’t know<\/p>\n
Its all short term working
\nDestroy and destruction
\nSlash and burn
\nJust turn
\nYour body away
\nThen just move on
\nTo a new spot to devastate
\nRuin the planet
\nThat is the order

As for the people

\nAre living there
\nNobody cares

\nCan rot in their squalor
