Killing never protects wild life
\nThats a misnomer that I
\nNeed to put into the ring
\nNo wild soul must die
\nHow pointless man un kind can be
\nTo suggest this is to say
\nUnder some temporary ruling
\nWe must make them pay<\/p>\n
A 400 population
\nWho have fought their way back
\nExtinct back in the seventies
\nDespite every attack
\nTheir number slowly growing
\nThreateningly so
\nWorrying the hunters
\nAnd their dogs
\nI have you know<\/p>\n
On the hunting dogs
\nAnd game animals
\nThat wolves would see as prey
\nIts a lack of understanding
\nThat surfaces today
\nReduction of a species
\nWho is indigenous
\nAnd should be
\nAlways given preference
\nOver man
\nOr we shall see<\/p>\n
Significant changes otherwise
\nThe the environments abroad
\nIsolation and inbreeding
\nIs something they can afford
\nThey are powerful and committed
\nIn their environment for they
\nAre what Sweden needs the hunters
\nFeel them
\nWhich now is the way<\/p>\n
Forward wolves set futures
\nHunters cause despair
\nImbalance and go against
\nThe mother everywhere<\/p>\n
Be prudent be swedish
\nWolves draw with natures brush
\nThey have taken on their future
\nWithout the need to rush
\nForward to destruction
\nOf habitats for they
\nAre children of the greatest mother
\nAnd should not be made to pay<\/p>\n
Hunters are irrelevant
\nAt the bottom of the pile
\nBe thoughtful to our wild friends
\nWho will soon reconcile
\nWho will create a balance
\nIn their instinctive role
\nFor they are wild and have a vision
\nWhich is never to control<\/p>\n
Stay your hand and the promise
\nIs a kingdom of great worth
\nWho looked after its children
\nAnd so protected the earth<\/p>\n
