Having parents that are qualified
\nTo assess all situations
\nLiving in the wilderness
\nWill see some altercations
\nPacks of wolves and buffalo
\nThe carnivores delight
\nProvided there is instinctive knowledge
\nAll will end alright<\/p>\n
But headstrong youth can ruin
\nThe hunting for the day
\nIt can also cause much injury
\nAnd delay upon the way
\nIts as well to know one’s place
\nTo realise how ever much
\nYou think you know
\nYou cannot know
\nUntil you are in touch<\/p>\n
Reality the chase is on
\nThe buffalo they run
\nHaving to carve a path through snow
\nThat not even the sun
\nCould manage really tires one
\nAnd the weaker buffalo
\nMay be broken quickly and fall
\nAs well we know<\/p>\n
Animals have advantages
\nTo human children who
\nAre not as tuned as the animal
\nAnd thus are clueless to
\nThe dangers and the errors
\nThey can make, and that surely harm
\nImmediately or later on
\nWhen all is not as calm<\/p>\n
The apex wolf will identify
\nAnd chase and leap and kill
\nThe younger soul will chase and chase
\nAnd still be chasing till
\nBoth are spent but danger
\nLurks at every turn
\nAnd attacking from the front
\nCan hurt and cause lasting concern<\/p>\n
The young wolf gets a trouncing
\nThe buffalo treads him down
\nInjures him bloodies his face
\nA lesson that could drown
\nOut his new exuberance
\nAnd could harm his future plan
\nSlow down his ability
\nTo live and hunt near man<\/p>\n
The alpha male though on his own
\nBrings down the mighty foe
\nIt takes a power away from him
\nBut the nutrition it will flow
\nThe blood this animal manifests
\nAnd the muscle he displays
\nWhen taken on by the wolf boy
\nWill suggest a wondrous phase<\/p>\n
The pack will not go hungry
\nThey trust the alpha male
\nThere is experience and great strength
\nAnd hence a happier tale
\nYouth should be content with study
\nIn the masters shadow he
\nWill learn a lot and gain a lot
\nAnd you could gain from me<\/p>\n
The old man lived before the age of digital
\nHe was
\nLiving when the world was rough
\nAnd is around still, he was tough
\nHe took on many adversaries and won through
\nIn the end
\nAnd remembered how he had done that
\nAnd how he could defend<\/p>\n
Himself and all around him
\nHis mind was full on power
\nPurpose made and active
\nWorking every hour
\nAt thinking through the solutions
