Stonehenge perched high on that mightiest of plain
\nDancing to that really sweet soft refrain
\nThe sun peering down with its welcoming smile
\nIts radiant light sent right off the dial

\nA haunting authenticity
\nThe grass was lush and rather tall
\nBut A steady gait was had by all<\/p>\n
Around the stones one time and more
\nTo form a horseshoe and be sure
\npermission to enter the ritual starts
\nHolding hands and sharing hearts
\nWithin the Sarsens the depth of soul
\nThe ancestral moments did cajole
\nA closeness and heartfelt mindfully
\nWe strove to reach a constancy<\/p>\n
We opened the portals one by one
\nAs the wild wind tried to over run
\nIt really charged through those stones today
\nCatching our spirits and making all pay<\/p>\n
The holly king and the oak king did fight
\nUsing their cudgels with all their might
\nDown went the holly king lost for sure
\nAnd the 7 maidens did adore

\nThe continuity that just feels great
\nFrom what was the beginning right up to the end
\nWe felt the strength as the message did send
\nAnd utter embodiment of each dear friend
\nImmense was the counter, measureless too
\nA briefness and changeableness coming through
