\nCaged up, no wild habitat

\nEscaped and limped back to the wild

They expected him to be darted
\nBut when the party came
\nThey shot to death the tiger
\nWith a shot gun yea the same
\nBlasted it and blasted it
\nCompassion far awAy
\nThis is what an owner does
\nSo the papers say<\/p>\n
The light went out remarkably
\nWhatever the reason for
\nThey could have saved the princely one
\nBut clearly they were sure
\nHe never raised his handsome head
\nOr walked towards them they
\nWere sad to see him shot to death
\nAnd being made to pay<\/p>\n
These circus owners truly think
\nThey are above the law
\nThey search the world for animals
\nWho suffer and some more
\nWhy shoot a healthy animal
\nWhy cut it down to size
\nThere really was no reason to
\nWhy cant they realise<\/p>\n
The morals and the standards
\nIn zoos and circus do
\nFavour the human beings
\nThat sadly it is true
\nThe animals become victims
\nAnd there is no guilt about
\nThe innocence is done away with
\nAnd the animals look in doubt<\/p>\n
A tiger brave and full on
\nLies beneath their feet
\nThis is what now happens
\nAs the rainbow bridge doth greet
\nHumility and caring
\nAnd loving through and through
\n A life of tears and torture
\nFor that is what the circus do<\/p>\n
Despite the many warnings
\nAnd lack of empathy
\nWhy not save the tiger
\nWhy blast it and just be
\nBloody awful to it this the circus way
\nPay it back for escaping
