How can we stay silent?
\nWhen our voice can be heard
\nTo sit back and let Seals
\nbe murdered
\nand not, utter one word
\nin fact makes us compliant
\nas bad as those who wear
\nthe fur,the skin of babies
\nand who say, they are unaware<\/p>\n
They knew it did not grow
\non trees
\nand it didn’t come from oil
\nIt wasn’t knitted from sheep’s wool
\nor created out of soil
\nThey know it came
\nfrom BABY SEALS
\nInnocent sweet souls
\nless than 6 months
\nold with great big eyes
\nand afraid of poles
\nwith hooks that come
\na crashing down on them
\nfrom a great height
\nand turn their skins into a mash of red
\nso that they fight
\nfor every breath, of salty air
\nthat they can till they die
\nslaughtered in cold blood
\nby Trolls who failed
\nto pass them by.<\/p>\n
These mean vile men of muscle
\nwho mix it on the sands
\nwho turn on us and kill us
\nwith their dirty smelly hands
\ntheir sweaty grimy bodies
\nassassins thats their job
\nwho believe that they
\ncan come and take
\nand bloody well just rob
\nus of what is well rightly ours
\nour skin in which we found
\nourselves in, at our dawn of time
\nthere on the wet ground.<\/p>\n
Compassion they don’t know this word
\nIgnorance describes
\neverything they do to us
\nthe salty air imbibes
\nthem with a frenzied stupor
\nthey lose it in the air
\nand strewn along the sands alas
\nare our guts and our despair
\nand then they come in droves they do
\nscooping up the sand
\ncovering all our entrails
\nall of this is planned
\ndeceit laid on for the foreigners
\nfor those who come to see
\nthe peaceful world of the seals of Nam
\nin their coastal sanctuary.<\/p>\n
