\nThats a female
\nAnd giving birth should be
\nThe happiest day in all our lives
\nBut thats not so for me<\/p>\n
The patriarchal society
\nWe find ourselves in here
\nThey stuff us into a gestation crate
\nAnd it is very clear
\nThey are full of bloody prejudice
\nIts a prison cell in fact
\n6 foot 6 and 2 feet
\nHow would you react?<\/p>\n
We are growing larger
\nEvery single day
\nCannot stand cannot sit
\nFor this pregnancy we pay
\nA high price we are tortured
\nOn concrete have to lay
\nIts cold and and hard
\nAnd we get scarred
\nDay in day out all day<\/p>\n
A high price to be raped by them
\nIts all for their own end
\nThan they stuff us in tiny crates
\nWhere we can’t even bend
\nWe are clean we hate to poop
\nWhere we lay all the time
\nHuman beings are a dirty bunch
\nAnd all this slime<\/p>\n
And smell its so obnoxious
\nBut thats what these men do
\nThey force us to be filthy
\nAnd live atop our loo
\n3 month 3 weeks 3 days of it
\nBefore the farrowing crate
\nAnd all that is for saving space
\nThey are earning
\nat a rate
\nOf knots and thats for certain
\n100 sows in all
\nNo wonder countries have banned them
\nThis infamous sow stall<\/p>\n
The suffering we go through
\nSo the farmers make their dough
\nThe supermarket moguls
\nWatch their margins flow
\nEverybody’s on the make
\nExcept of course the sows
\nWe are suffering terribly
\nFor hours and hours and hours<\/p>\n
In our short lives we probably
\nAre made pregnant twice
\nThats our lives on precious earth
\nNothing for us is nice
\nIts crippling its horrible
\nIts everything thats bad
\nFlies and maggots and shit and piss
\nNo wonder we are sad<\/p>\n
And then they take our babes away
\nThey torture them at will
\nSome of them they slam upon the concrete
\nAnd they spill
\ntheir brains out
\nYes in front of us
\nHow should a mother feel
\nBut this is what is happening
\nThis is very real<\/p>\n
And then before my time is up
\nWe are carted off and we
\nGet shipped off to the slaughterhouse
\nThats how it has to be
\nOut throats are slit
\nWe are hung upside down
\nOn a bloody chain
\nTortured till we scream out to our god
\nTime and again<\/p>\n
And is the consumer worried?
\nDo they suffer as we do?
\nIs the farmer even a bit concerned?
\nWhen his money does come through
\nHe is as happy as a sand boy
\nAnd we are on our way
\nChopped up laid out soonest
\nOn a supermarket tray<\/p>\n
Thats when you come a calling
\nPick bits of us, and
\nTake us home to cook us
\nIf we could understand
\nYour ridiculous attitudes
\nAnd why you allow us too
\nGo through this terrible torture
\nAs you seem to do<\/p>\n
Cant you change this system
\nOf crating us to make
\nA little bit more profit
\nI know they want their cake
\nBut we are really suffering
\nChafed and bruised are we
