\nUnder the humans thumb
\nBeaten
\nEaten
\nMade to be
\nLost the cost so high
\nBut able to be taken
\nIn by some rich soul
\nGirl or guy<\/p>\n
To sleep upon their kingsize
\nNestle in their duvet
\nSorry about the goose down
\nWho also sadly pay
\nA dogs life where the human chooses
\nAll the food we eat
\nMade by other humans
\nWho really clearly cheat<\/p>\n
Not more than four per cent
\nOf chicken
\nAs it says on the tin
\nThe rest it truly mucks us up
\nIt so gets under our skin<\/p>\n
But laying around the house all day
\nAnd going out for walks
\nBeing pulled as we cock our legs
\nOr as our human talks
\nIts not a bad life really
\nTit bits here and there
\nBeing closest To the fire
\nAnd the big house that I share<\/p>\n

\nBossing folk about
\nBut here his wife will always
\nReally start to shout
\nI always get my way with her
\nShe is under my thumb
\nOr paw
\nAnd so a dogs life well for me
