Saving the animals
\nThat was the idea
\nBuying in babies
\nAnd letting them be
\nIn fairly good sized fenced off areas
\nNot spaying or neutering
\nAs you can see<\/p>\n
Packed in they are white lions
\nAnd Leopards, jaguars
\nAll sorts of big cats we see
\nTraded from circus and zoo’s
\nThis cat saviour
\nHowever his ego is apparently<\/p>\n
As big as the cats he is trying to rescue
\nFrom one zoo to this zoo thats if you ask me
\nThis is so far away from wilding really
\nThese cats are not really in sanctuary<\/p>\n
The concept is different
\nAnd petting from starlets
\nAnd others is petting its making them feel
\nLess wild in fact and we see their reaction
\nIts all about cameras its not really real<\/p>\n
Sanctuaries mimic the wild places actually
\nNot introducing the human for they
\nAre generally cruel to these creatures
\nWe know that
\nIts happened to their parents
\nThey had to pay<\/p>\n
And these are the tragedies waiting to happen
\nRescued they have been, but rescue for me
\nIs clearly a capture its very unnatural
\nAnd isn’t where babies should ever be
\nMay be he started off with big ideas
\nBut fast its becoming a place where some tears
\nAre falling like storms in the night and we see
\nThese babies alone drenched in a weird travesty<\/p>\n
This is not a zoo as such nor a circus
\nIts more of canned hunting farm let me say
\nRun on the lines its supposedly ethical
\nBut to me far from ethical in its true way<\/p>\n
Where are the animals going to end up
\nTrusting the humans who no doubt may kill
\nBeing the bait for the bloody canned hunters
\nOut there their blood someone will spill<\/p>\n
The lions and the tigers the leopards the panthers
\nAll being killed at the drop of a hat
\nSplitting from their mothers sisters brothers
