\nUnfalteringly so
\nWorking really till one drops

One or two were finding it
\nHard in the extreme
\nLacking crucial confidence
\nAs part of a team
\nUnsure and undecided rattled by it all
\nLoaded with indecision
\nAnd not particularly cool<\/p>\n
Its was all about rejection how JO public saw
\nTheir countenance and true embrace
\nRising from their core
\nThey were in pursuit of progress
\nA justification for
\nA job which they could hold down
\nAnd in essence score<\/p>\n
Michel roux is exceptional
\nFor his patience and his care
\nQuietly he is confident
\nAnd very aware
\nThoughtful and sympathetic
\nCordial and kind
\nHis use of entente considerably
\nMore than some I find<\/p>\n
Teaching them and guiding them
\nTowards the gentle light
\nOf preparing first class dishes
\nThat tasted and looked right<\/p>\n
Some sadly they relapsed
\nDue to pressure and alas
\nThey couldn’t really hack it
\nNot when people come en mass<\/p>\n
Restoring their confidence
\nPrepares them for the way
\nAll can enter the jobs market
\nOn any given day<\/p>\n
Its quite an undertaking
\nTo build their platforms high
\nTo work out how they can pull it off
\nIf they can only try<\/p>\n
I know its all production
\nBut the essence really here
\nIs Michael Roux Jnr
\nWhose gentleness is clear<\/p>\n
His knowledge and compassion
\nAnd the empathy of his team
\nIts made for TV sure it is
\nBut it does create a dream<\/p>\n
For those dear souls partipating

\nA reminder really that everyone

Useful in society that cares
\nThat loves that feels
