A cloudy day in London
\nPiccadilly in our sights
\n101 to 104 ric o barry he invites
\nAll the people now who care
\nTo just come along and just be there
\nHolding a red rose in our hand
\nHelping us all to understand<\/p>\n
japan removed its ball of blood
\nRemoved its tired old flag
\nWanted to disassociate
\nItself from taiji’s tag
\nThe trees in hyde park’s golden leaves
\nHeralding autumn which achieves
\nSo much for all us for we
\nRemember our dear friends in the sea<\/p>\n
The bottlenose the risso who
\nHave all been slaughtered as they do
\nTorn to ribbons for pet food
\nAnd fertiliser its so crude
\nThese are mammals sharing air
\nThey love they grieve and of course they care
\nFor their sweet families by their side
\nAnd for humans too lost in the tide<\/p>\n
A sea of grey swept overhead
\nThe embassy where our eyes sped
\nBusiness as usual but not out here
\nWhistle horns and love and cheer
\nWe chanted loudly one by one
\nReally till the day was done<\/p>\n
Roses for each dolphin who
\nDied already as they do
\nThe fishermen whose brutal way
\nIs to create chaos come what may
\nThen pith their spinal cord until
\nThey share with agony then spill
\nTheir precious blood into the sea
\nSo the cove is red inexplicably<\/p>\n
Each day that happens we all know
\nAnd we suffer yes we all suffer so
\nWe can feel our own hearts beating fast
\nWe feel alone and we aghast
\nHave their agony on our mind
\nAnd its very hard to then unwind
\nAll of us our sleep is poor
\nWe hear the waves upon the shore
\nWe suffer we so suffer so
\nFor we hope the cove is blue you know<\/p>\n
Klaxons horns and chanting we
\nMade our noise and where we be
\nStoked up the energy and sent it forth
\nInto the sky from east to north to west to south
\nJust every where
\nTo cast away all the despair
\nOur dolphin brethren are our friends
\nAnd each one of us quietly sends
\nIndividual love on high
\nHopeful no more souls will die<\/p>\n
