The whole credibility of zoo’s to me
\nIs brought into question with this sad story
\nThese two individuals abusing this soul
\nAn elephant who they want to control
\nElephants don’t paint its man who decides
\nTo encourage them of course and what he hides
\nIs how he encourages them and what they must do
\nSo they make him money which is sadly true<\/p>\n
In Thailand where this goes on and tourists see
\nElephants painting they fail to be
\nTotally unimpressed drunk at the sight
\nOf artists with trunks and thinking its right
\nBut its far from right its done with abuse
\nIts done with some violence it is a big ruse
\nJust to make money no prophets here
\nAnimals taken advantage of with fear
\nBecomes the big word in the elephants life
\nThey fear yes they fear they fear for their life<\/p>\n
And a zoo to pretend that these men that we see
\nAre not abusing this elephant how can that be
\nTipping water based paint into its trunk
\nAnd making it blow paint out really we are sunk
\nIf we can believe that elephants are treated like this
\nAnd its fun no they scar
\nThe image completely they fool us to say
\nThis is a game a game they all play<\/p>\n
The image of PAJAAN remains in their soul
\nAs babies split up from their mothers that role
\nDestroyed by this practice lost babies are
\nPushed into a small crate they become the star
\nThey are tied there and beaten and stabbed every day
\nAnd whilst this is going on not fed
\nThey pay
\na lot to be elephants captured by man
\nNo water either since this pain began
\nThey are breaking its spirit day after day
\nBeating it making it cry its not play
\nIts the worst kind of torture its terrible stuff
\nPajaan its called and they get enough
\nTill they break down and weep broken as hell
\nAnd they do what the human wants and do it well <\/p>\n
If not they get beaten within an inch of their life
\nOr thats what they imagine the end of their life
\nSo to make some excuse like this zoo just have made
\nMakes me at once of course then down grade
\nThat zoo and all zoo’s for all that they do
\nIs make profit from animals and that is true
\nIt is a business and commerce cant see
\nThe need to be caring not promote cruelty<\/p>\n
Elephants don’t paint unless they are made to
\nCruelty happens behind big closed doors
\nSo the naive tourists can see what is happening
\nAnd give them money and some applause
\nThe elephant cries inside its great body
\nImagining really how we can be made
\nBy trainers no brainers who care about money
\nAnd the marvellous painting and elephant trade<\/p>\n
If they don’t paint its a whack they will be getting
\nMemories flood back of pajaan and more
\nElephants have a Very long memory
\nAnd the fear factor rises and they then are sure
\nBetter to paint all day do what you are told
\nRefuse and they know and thats why the seem sold
\nOn painting<\/p>\n
But not having paint squirted into their trunks
\nFor fun!<\/p>\n
