\nShe dances well under the moon

\nShe’s doing her rap
\nClearly to her own made

She loves sitting high
\nSitting low hiding too
\nUnder the bushes
\nJust peeping through
\nShe a Maine coon
\nA great feral cat
\nWho clearly knows
\nWhere she is at<\/p>\n
She is loving
\nAnd caring
\nAnd special for she
\nCan float like a lace wing
\nOptically
\nShe climbs and she jumps
\nAnd she hides
\nAnd she knows where to go
\nA full emanation
\nA thought form you know<\/p>\n
She’s a sensational bringer of light
\nCadmium coloured
\nUnseen late at night
\nStripy and marbled and stippled
\nAnd cute
\nHer peepers are green like a mulberry root<\/p>\n
Delilah is her official name
\nShe loves to dream
\nLike a gentle flame she flickers
\nAnd rolls she’s a sweet little soul
\nAlways she rocks and sometimes does roll<\/p>\n
She dreams of the harvest mice
\nUp in the corn
\nShe chases the frogs
\nJust after their born
\nShe watched the swifts
\nAs they circle around
\nAnd every move she makes
\nIs without a sound<\/p>\n
She is a hunter
\nShe was taught by the Fae
\nIn the land of the gremlins
\nFar far away
\nWhere the great waterfall
\nAnd the crystal spray are
\nIts there she does sit
\nUnder the star<\/p>\n
Her human mum loves her
\nAs does everyone
\nWho knows her
\nFor she loves to lay in the sun
\nShe’s a credible force
\nPersuasively so
\nAnd can leap in the air
\nAnd is part of the flow<\/p>\n
She has a pet robin
\nRB. He’s called
\nFull of belief
\nReliably stalled
\nIn an old chimney pot
\nOn top of the shed
\nWhere a family of mice
\nHave made their sweet bed<\/p>\n
Lily just loves being rubbed
\nAnd caressed
\nReally this animal is perfectly
\nBlessed
\nWith the greenest of eyes
\nWith a pretty sweet face
\nWith beautiful hair all over the place<\/p>\n
Intelligence she is the queen
\nOf the fae
\nWho if she knows you
\nShe will just want to play
\nShe knows the gravity of her desire
\nAnd can move like a bat
\nIn the hottest of fire<\/p>\n
She has a son he is known as bear
\nHe is much bigger than her
\nBut they share
\nThe house with their mum
\nYoung Claudia who
\nKnows everything there is
\nAbout how they do<\/p>\n
No vaccinations and true honest care
\nWith luca her dear son
\nWho is always there
\nThese two cats are gentle
\nBut both have a way
\nJust being perfect in every way<\/p>\n
To know her as I do
\nHer haunts and her thing
\nIs a marvellous feeling
\nIt makes my heart sing
\nShe is a bit fidgety
\nEventful for she
\nCan leap into the air
\nAnd just seem to free<\/p>\n
Herself from this universe
\nAnd in a wink
\nShe is off up a tree
\nAs fast as you blink
\nThe next minute restful
\nIn a soft repose
\nTranquil and dreamy
\nWith a breather she knows<\/p>\n
Freedom is her thing
\nNo matter the rain
\nFree as the air
\nIndependent again
\nFree to just go where she wants
\nAnytime
\nTo lay under the shed
\nOr just flipping climb<\/p>\n
Dear little lily
\nSoft pretty lily
\nUnhurried and true
\nUnflappable really
\nRarely complaining
\nAnd not over straining
