What it is like for me to lose my mother
\nAnd not be able to convince the world that I
\nAm beside myself with grief for she was an angel
\nHer understanding of me my relief
\nPoachers came to take her life so cheaply
\nSo heartless of them she was such a soul
\nTo me she was just everything I lived for
\nAnd when I saw her missing I lost control.
\nTo date I have just huge heart palpitations
\nI just don’t wish to open up my eyes
\ni know that I will never ever see her
\nShe was so bold and so very very wise<\/p>\n
I feel intensely sad now at her passing
\nI cannot bear to think of her like this
\nI loved her from the bottom of my heart
\nAnd she loved me
\nOur lives together were ultimate bliss<\/p>\n
I sit here with the ranger
\nHe is friendly to me and
\nCares about me I know that
\nHe cares about the land
\nHe also loved my mother and I know that she
\nCould feel
\nThe love he had for both of us
\nWe know it was very real<\/p>\n
And now the days seem longer
\nFor without her I am lost
\nA leaf blown by a storm cloud
\nAnd in a maelstrom tossed
\nI sit here relatively peacefully
\nBut deep inside turmoil
\nI am shaking I am breaking
\nMy blood how it does boil<\/p>\n
To face this life without her
\nIs more than I can bear
\nAll I want above all else
\nIs that she again is there
\nHolding me whispering to me
\nTeaching me so I
\nCan go out in this great big world
\nAnd not be afraid to die<\/p>\n
