For me the real difficulty here
\nIs that animals seem to be
\nThe whipping boys for human trash
\nThat so often we see
\nIn auction houses for example
\nHolding stock to sell
\nSo why do we see cruelty
\nWhy the need for Hell
\nThe amount of fear for animals
\nIn leaving their place of birth
\nTransportation to unknown yards
\nReally there is more worth
\nIn fostering a friendly place
\nA helpful place where they
\nCan feel comfortable instead
\nOf feeling sadness all the way<\/p>\n
To me it makes no sense at all
\nTo neglect and abuse those souls
\nBeing brought into a place
\nTo be sold surely those goals
\nWould be much more lucrative
\nIf a certain kindness was displayed
\nBut as far as i can see these days
\nIts never the stock in trade<\/p>\n
Its a place where fearful animals
\nAre kicked and pulled and dragged
\nAnd beaten trod and tortured
\nStomped on even bagged
\nWhere there is cockiness and brashness
\nAnd downright hostility
\nIt feels like a vendetta
\nWhich of course it shouldn’t be<\/p>\n
Small animals given awful treatment
\nPicked up by the necks
\nAnd thrown across the shed
\nClearly there arn’t checks
\nMade to safeguard animals
\nFrom injury and pain
\nIts an ongoing pattern
\nThat we see time and again<\/p>\n
Literally they are thrown into pens
\nNow whats that all about
\nThese are feeling creatures
\nIt hurts there is no doubt
\nSo why would people do this
\nHurt them just because
\nThey are there
\nJust because they are innocent
\nAnd feeling high despair<\/p>\n
Human beings supposedly are on a higher plain
\nBut I have my doubts about this
\nAll of this disdain
\nThis ill feeling this antipathy
\nThis unfriendliness its there
\nEveryone is aware of it and its very hard to bear<\/p>\n
Little goats so innocent so why throw them about
\nTheir dainty little legs soon break
\nWhen well what is a lout
\nand a heavy and an ignorant
\nDoes just this and throws
\nThem hard against a wall or somewhere
\nJust because they chose<\/p>\n
To do this out of devilment or just
\nFrustration they
\nBreak the heart and the legs as well
\nAnd the baby them will pay
\nIt will die their very slowly
\nUnless a lout comes by and smashes it into the concrete
\nMy question really why?<\/p>\n
there really is no purpose
\nThese are innocent sweet souls
\nWe must show them mercy
\nThat really is the roles
\nThat humans find themselves in
\nNot devils who must kill
\nThe auction room shouldn’t be doom and gloom
\nBut a nice clean place they fill<\/p>\n
Up with lovely animals being sold
\nTo another farm
\nAnd the one thing that is paramount
\nIs that they do not come to harm<\/p>\n
To see them wracked and injured
\nDowners dragged away
\nBy folk lift and then kicked and punched
\nReally it does play
\nInto the hands of the psychopaths the corporate regimes
\nThe louts and rogues that sometimes clamber
\nOut of nightmarish dreams<\/p>\n

\nSome pretty heavy harming it was just more like war
\nVictims there were many almost all received a whack
\nThe staff should all be jailed I think
\nAnd themselves given some flack
\nThey are thoughtless ignorant idiots

\nThe animals need some loving
\nNot for them to go to town
\nOn disfiguring them and bloodying them
