Basically I am telling
\nBroome and those other towns
\nIn Australia and elsewhere
\nWhere a hideous bunch of clowns
\nIs slaughtering the wild life
\nAlmost everyday
\nDevastating their family life
\nAnd leading to decay<\/p>\n
Their brilliance and their splendour
\nThe loveliness and grace
\nSo we are going to threaten them
\nAnd to drive them at a pace<\/p>\n
We of course are the hideous ones
\nThe fisherman of Taiji
\nWith our banging pipes
\nAnd perpetual gripes
\nThis is where we be<\/p>\n
We watch these affectionate earthlings
\nWith their understanding, they
\nAre passionate and unctuous
\nIn every single way<\/p>\n
Effusive and impressive
\nLook how they really care
\nBut we are here to slaughter them
\nTheir beautiful lives to share<\/p>\n
Our insouciance and unconsciousness
\nOf course is where we are at
\nLets confuse them let us frighten them
\nAnd we will never bat<\/p>\n
An eyelid let them suffer
\nLet them lament and cry
\nSome can go to sea world
\nAnd the others all can die<\/p>\n
And let us do it slowly
\nA sharp spike in their spine
\nThese souls can really feel this pain
\nAnd For us that is divine<\/p>\n
We want to make them feel it
\nWe want to hurt them so
\nThe cove and all that nonsense

\nThe dolphins getting press
\nWe need to shock them rotten
\nAnd give them lasting stress<\/p>\n
We are an unhappy people
\nAnd seeing all this joy
\nIt really does upset us all
\nAnd, makes us employ<\/p>\n
The most torturous methods
\nLet them feel the pain
\nAnd lets kill them in front of the others
\nLets see them cry in vain<\/p>\n
For there is no hope for dolphins
\nNot coming near japan
\nWe eat them despite the mercury
\nAnd our pets do too
\nThe plan<\/p>\n
Is make some extra compost
\nSome fertiliser too
\nA dead dolphin is a good dolphin
\nRemember that is true<\/p>\n
Sea shepherds and the activists
\nAre out in force today
\nWe love the beloved dolphins
\nAnd we want to allay
\nTheir fears their panic stricken lives
\nBut the small men of Taiji
\nWant to slaughter them out of hand
\nBelieving them to be<\/p>\n
The rodents of the ocean
\nThe terror of the tides
\nUnder the tarps close to the cove
\nIs where the victim hides
\nSome will dash their bodies
\nAgainst the rocks ahead
\nSome will just cry inwardly
\nUntil sadly they are dead<\/p>\n
Every single morning
\nThis battle cry should be
\nSpread across the air waves
\nAnd right across the sea
\nTaiji men are coming
\nThe dolphins they are lost
\nAt least 2000 in a season
\nIs to be the cost<\/p>\n
But generally all around Japan
\nSome 18Ooo more
\nStop the slaughter in the water
\nWe don’t want anymore
\nBut the Japanese are adamant
\nDolphins have to go
\nAnd they have to die egregiously
