To me this is an absurdity
\nAn extravagant premise
\nA fatuous suggestion
\nAn assertion drawing bliss
\nTo the great hunting fraternity
\nTo the gun shops and of course
\nAll those hunting accessories
\nThat profit margins force
\nSome to feel create the need
\nThe arrogance of man
\nWhose basic immaturity
\nEstablishes the plan<\/p>\n
As for the local people
\nWho we are told gain profit by
\nThe meat that they so utilise
\nIts a small percentage so why
\nIs the argument put forward
\nThey are building up their case
\nFor the psychopathic reasoning
\nWhich we all have got to face<\/p>\n
They are rich they have loads of money
\nBut they have limited time
\nAnd thats the reason really
\nWhy canned hunting jaunts do climb
\nFarmers could turn over their oranges
\nFor Lions
\nAnd watch the bottom line increase

\nSlaughtering live animals and then some, how to bask
\nIn the glory of their passing the gore the blood and snot
\nAnd the chemical infusions that preserve it from the rot<\/p>\n
Embalming a reflection a dead soul stuffed or hung
\nAnd seen as a work of beauty for me it is among
\nThe most sadistic and the most evil
\nTo take a life to show
\nOther arrogant so called friends
\nWho will marvel in the glow<\/p>\n
Like everything around us money fucking talks
\nLook at the plight of farm animals
\nSuch cruelty now baulks every conceivable avenue
\nOf decency abroad
\nConcentration camps of woe
\nAre truly no reward<\/p>\n
And already lions are caged up
\nIn shocking conditions they
\nAre wild remember supposedly kings and queens
\nAnd how they pay
\nFor the joy of life
\nFor being close to the rotten human tribe
\nWho will shoot them in cold blood
\nAnd the blood they will imbibe<\/p>\n
Sustainable to who I ask
\nTo the hunting man maybe
\nBut to life and the environment
\nIt is catastrophically happening
\nSuch destruction the boundaries have been crossed
\nThe true wild spirit broken
\nAnd that has been the cost<\/p>\n
But can we put a price on that
\nCan we so we dare
\nThe rich industrial prostitutes
\nThey do not bloody well care
\nAll they want is a trophy
\nUp there on their wall
\nGathering dust as their memories fade
\nWhich for me does appal<\/p>\n
Death is truly final
\nAnd no man shall take away
\nThe life of any creature
\nThat is what I say
\nIf you can not create an earthling
\nThen you must never kill
\nEnd its term its spark its germ

Must come to you for karma
\nIs an aid to balance we
\nMust do no harm to anyone
