Hardly a tag to selling an ale
\nHow can it be a marketing tale
\nOn the back of a dead Lion
\nThe hunters arise
\nWith the beer in a glass
\nThey hail his demise<\/p>\n
Is this a saleable product
\nI ask
\nIs there a demand I take them to task
\nTo brazenly peddle a brew in poor taste
\nIts hardly good sense
\nWhich has to be faced<\/p>\n
An iconic earthling like Cecil
\nShould be
\nGiven respect not trounced actually
\nLured from a safe place
\nAnd shot in the throat
\nTracked 40 hours
\nThats nothing of note
\nTo any bold hunter
\nOf daring or nerve
\nFor me all I see

\nA bandwagon caught
\nAlienating Those who all thought
\nThe rancour and bitterness
\nShown by the few
\nShould be buried along
\nWith the canned hunting crew<\/p>\n

\nThey jump on the wagon

\nAnyone really with half a brain
