The oppression and victimization
\nThe austere and the rigorous time
\nThe ruthless and pitiless workers
\nAnd having to lay in this slime
\nAll be it in fact of our making
\nWe dump where we lay thats our strife
\nThe gestation crates seal all of our fates
\nThats the extent of our life<\/p>\n
Its like being in a straight jacket
\nOf concrete and that is our lot
\nNo body’s gentle everyones brutal
\nThese draconian laws they are not
\nReally designed for us pigs as you know
\nIts repressive and cramped up to hell
\nI look up at the roof and then down to the bars
\nAnd just put up with all this smell<\/p>\n
When you carry a litter of babies
\nIn a prison house bound by a chain
\nYour crime was to be raped by some human
\nYou are a gaol bird again
\nA responsive emotional female
\nWith a breathless desire to be seen
\nYou just want to run in the woodlands
\nBut all of the workers are mean<\/p>\n
They prod you and kick you and punch you
\nJoy is a word, nothing more
\nProstration despair desolation
\nWith so much concern at your core
\nWrithing and bleeding and laden with woe
\nStrain and true tension where ever you go
\nDismal and gloomy and just feeling grave
\nDepressed and disheartened can somebody save?
\nMe from this repetition this treadmill I am on
\nDreary and stuffy life is one con
\nUnlovely unhandsome squalid and rude
\nAnd such vile despondency for the forthcoming brood
\nIts so inauspicious ill-omened adverse
\nIn this bloody crate life couldn’t be worse<\/p>\n
When the babies are here its me for the chop
\nThe humans want pork on their fork
\nThey won’t stop
\nTill they do this is life this is it what a pain
\nThe slaughterhouse gates and the blood sluicing drain
\nA pig in your world has a terrible time
\nShe is beaten and tortured and lives in the slime
\nAnd the slurry, the maggots the flies its all here
