Animal earthlings they all have souls
\nThey all have feeling too
\nThey have feelings for other earthling breeds
\nMore so than me or you
\nEgo’s and mass coercion
\nA corporate numbing exists
\nThrough our air our water and our food supplies
\nA dumbing down clearly persists<\/p>\n
Animals should be our mentors
\nTheir existence is instinctively sound
\nThey live where they are put
\nAnd eat what they know
\nAnd know every inch of the ground
\nThey form lasting friendships
\nAnd know of the human
\nThe tribe who encroaches and kills
\nThey know this and try very hard
\nTo avoid an encounter

The anguish of losing A partner though
\nIs much of the same as we feel
\nThat anguish that grief and that sorrow
\nThat mournfulness it is for real
\nThey understand life and death
\nOnly we
\nAre as ignorant somehow to say
\nThat animals really were created so we
\nCould bloody well blow them away<\/p>\n
We could torture them, eat them
\nPut them in farms, in CAFO’s
\nAnd laboratories where they
\nwould undergo Such vile treatment we know
\nAnd with their lives then they could pay<\/p>\n
The total uneasiness and fretting
\nAnd all of that dreadful concern
\nOf course Jericho is feeling it now
\nThats something we better learn
\nThose hunters like Palmer such arrogance rules
\nThey are a negligent vile bunch of fools
\nWilling to slaughter their teachers at will
\nThey see their control as a wonderful skill<\/p>\n
Anyone close to the animals knows
\nTheir grief is important but much more it shows
\nHow heavy-laden they are how care-worn
\nHow they weep by themselves that their friend
\nHas been torn
\nFrom their side, from their life, from their
\nSoul as it were
\nThat mortification we ought to concur<\/p>\n
For Palmer and others they have lost their way
\nTheir arrogance startles it makes others pay
\nTheir blood is so caked up and they make so much phlegm
\nTheir state of unconsciousness it just does stem
\nFrom their evil unfeeling, their spiritless heart
\nThey are shameless and callous an expressionless fart
\nActually, in human unconcerned and aloof
\nAnd all of these victims are permanent proof<\/p>\n
Cecil lured out of the park late at night
\nWith an odious trick how could that be right
\nIts displeasing to witness such human deceit
\nWhat was truly grotesque from the so called elite
\nAnd Jericho feels that, he knows that, he cares

\nRunaway flinchers the faint hearted tribe
\nTheir over confidence and inconsideration
\nShock every sentient soul in this nation<\/p>\n
We should lament for the souls that are lost
\nWhether they are Lions or Beagles we have tossed
\nInto a facility to torture and kill
\nRabbits for their fur all the blood that we spill
\nLeather from the cows for our shoes and our coats
\nBy purchasing this pain the agony floats
\nInto other emotions and into the night
\nYou kill one animal and another will cry
\nWill miss them they are sentient don’t ask me why

\nWe Should be learning not calling them sport
