The green swards of Scotland
\nA fox in full flight
\nThrough the wire fence
\nHe’s out of sight
\nIn the low brush
\nBack into the light
\nAnd here comes the cavalry
\nA grey and a white
\nAnd here comes the hounds
\nYelping away
\nSkittish and daft in their so called
\nHound way
\nStretched out and running
\nThe fox out a head
\nOver a metal fence
\nIts has seen red
\nThe league against cruel sports
\nGave us this stuff
\nAll the fear and suspense
\nWe have all seen enough<\/p>\n
A lone male
\nChased hither
\nFlushing To guns
\nBut no guns around
\nThere just the son of sons
\nAnd uncle tom cobley
\nHunting the law
\nThats what they do
\nNo wonder we are sore<\/p>\n
There are laws up here to
\nBut hunters believe
\nThey make and break laws
\nThats how they achieve
\nOnce you wear crimson
\nAnd speak like a toff
\nThats when you can just pull
\nAnything off
\nThe coppers won’t
\nsee you
\nThey tend to look away
\nGet on with the process
\nWith nothing to say
