Their scales are pure keratin
\nA bit like our nails
\nA bit like the rhino horn
\nBut their death pales
\nInto insignificance
\nUnder the weight
\nOf China

So pangolins too are the victims we see
\nTorn out of the forest so mercilessly
\nTortured and slaughtered
\nTheir scales torn off and they
\nStimulate lactation

They cure the Palsy
\nAnd draw out the pus

\nWe now kill them
\nYea no fuss
