\nDealing in meat seems a great thing to do
\nYou actually kill them watch them drop dead
\nFrom a very well aimed shot straight to their head
\nThat’s when you know what you did was just right
\nBlasted their life force into the night
\nPossibly heard as they chortled and screamed
\nConsigned to a place where nobody dreamed
\nWhere all of the animals agony was
\nLost in this vacuum forever because
\nThat has been what has been happening they
\nHave suffered so much and so much they did pay
\nIt’s a loathing in fact that we have in effect
\nIt’s hostile and unfriendly for us to elect
\nThis kind of enmity,that I detect.<\/p>\n
The dolphin their families are socially graced
\nWith a fondness for company never misplaced
\nThey have a fellowship within their pod
\nAnd are gregarious finding their god
\nFinding their instinct,finding their way
\nIn many ways much more advanced I should say
\nThey give without taking their love it is shared
\nThey run with each other and of course they get scared
\nThey have a deep loyalty and can pursue
\nAnd do captivate us and enchant us too<\/p>\n
Some of us have a revulsion it seems
\nA detestation and many teams
\nAre set up to capture them, and torture them too
\nWhich I think is nauseous what about you?
\nTo hate them is ugly to eat them is mad
\nFor they are now loaded with contaminants
\nHow sad
\nFor us and for them for they surely would not
\nPoison consumers who they love a lot<\/p>\n
I do take offence at what fisherman do
\nTaiji is infamous and that is true
\nThey talk up the killings as culture for they
\nHave limited culture that much I can say
\nThey won’t accept that but we have to be
\nCogent and careful and make them see
\nHow much indignation they do cause and we
\nMust help them to help themselves
\nHelp them to try
\nTo seek out humanity with a strong eye<\/p>\n
Slaughtering thousands and committing much more
\nTo a life of pure slavery well, I am sure
\nThis is not what the dolphins do earnestly need
\nIt is much more than this to be just left to bleed
\nIn the cove where the coral sea turns into blood
\nThey find themselves intolerant to the flood
\nThe vengeance the victimisation of source
\nIt’s as though a reprisal would try to force
\nA ruthless retort from the supreme source<\/p>\n
What is right what is fitting
\nWhat is normality
\nAnd what is just wrong
\nWhat is illegality
\nIs under the tarpaulins
\nThe shrieks and the blood

\nAn abdication deriving them light
