For over half a century
\nThis valiant soul used freedom
\nTo traverse the African plains and scrub
\nTo find his way back home
\nRescued and saved by his almighty god
\nSo many time before
\nUncared unmuzzled unbridled

Then a trophy hunting family
\n5 of them decided they
\nCollectively would participate
\nOn a splendid Summers Day
\nDad the red faced smiling one
\nHe is the arse that fired the gun
\nI was tasting the greenery
\nThat tasty chlorophyl
\nThe bountiful
\nThe generous
\nThe unstinting energy producing swill<\/p>\n
When I heard the vilest of sound
\nDidn’t have time to turn around
\nChoking on my final meal
\nBullets coming of red hot steel
\nLife was leaving me for real
\nAnd that sadness dear ones I cannot conceal<\/p>\n
Down I crashed in mortal flight
\nAll I saw was a blinding light
\nAnd the agony that I felt did blight
\nEverything I knew of as sight
\nI hit the ground and I heard my sound
