A zoo starts off as a place of woe
\nFor the ill regarded those who know
\nThey were once wild souls in the wilderness
\nAnd are now subjected to captive stress
\nBased on financial gain of sorts
\nNot withstanding corruptive thoughts
\nTiny cages no compensation
\nFor wilderness their subjugation
\nLost in value which we see
\nPicnic tables and swings that be
\nTaking space where animals should
\nGet their percentage which would have been good
\nSecond fiddle to the amusement park
\nOr a shop of souvenirs thus dark
\nAnd no help for the wild souls who
\nAre cramped and left to rot
\nNo clue
\nOf creative space
\nno facility
\nThe disgrace
