His defence was the dog
\nWas attacking his child
\nRabid and forceful
\nAnd very wild<\/p>\n
That’s why his boy
\nTook a stick to the hound
\nAnd beat him to death
\nWhere the poor soul was found<\/p>\n
His little head caved in
\nBloodied and gone
\nSomebody’s pet
\nThe light always shone<\/p>\n
When this little soul
\nShowed his love every day
\nIt was so out of character
\nWhat the sons dad did say<\/p>\n
The dog was so cute
\nAlways happy to play
\nSo attacking this boy
\nOne could say no no way<\/p>\n
It’s such a sad excuse
\nSuch a monstrous attack
\nClearly it happened
\nThere is no way back<\/p>\n
Was it done out of spitefulness
\nOr did this hound
\nJust go for the boy
\nWhen he came round<\/p>\n
Was it perception of fear
\nWho can say
\nWhatever happened
\nThe dog had to pay<\/p>\n
Karma will catch up
\nAnubis does know
\nIf the boy did this
\nIt’s going to grow<\/p>\n
Like cancer inside him
\nAnd it will come out
\nWhat he did in anger
\nAnd What It was about<\/p>\n
It’s hard to see through
\nThis maze of lies
\nIt’s always so frightful
\nWhen a pet dies<\/p>\n
For whatever reason
\nBut all I can say
\nIs there are too many psycho’s
\nAround here today<\/p>\n
All of these war games
\nThis frightful stuff
\nWhere zombies are blown up
\nI have had enough<\/p>\n
And children these days
\nSeemingly think that they
\nCan bash in the heads
\nOf pets in their way<\/p>\n
This is a story
\nWho knows really why
\nThis little dog
\nReally had to die<\/p>\n
Who is the monster
\nThe dog or the child
\nOr the bloody media
\nWho has defiled<\/p>\n
All of the children
\nDrip drip every day
\nOn our I pads and pc’s
\nWe are blowing away<\/p>\n
Zombies and bad guys
\nTransformers and stuff
\nAnd Frankly I have to say
\nI’ve had enough<\/p>\n
