\nSo abundant is it
\nAmongst the other trees
\nIt makes a truly hardy hedge
\nIt’s antiquity does please<\/p>\n
It’s timber may be polished
\nBurnished with such fire
\nIt can grow a hundred years
\nIt’s contorted branches tire<\/p>\n
From forming many artists turns
\nAnd heights to many feet
\nUp into the clouds it goes
\nAnd on bleak hill sides does treat<\/p>\n
The wild birds to a nest site
\nPerhaps a conjured state
\nAn in May such bounteous blossoms
\nAnd such perfume if you wait<\/p>\n
And experience it’s grandeur
\nTo excite the heart and soul
\nAnd Jacobson fine organ
\nNot able to control<\/p>\n
Itself,for hawthorns spirit
\nA mass of verdure stains
\nThe countryside around these parts
