The rate of growth in environmental
\nQuarters
\nThe inoculant that subdues
\nThe spirit child
\nWho is medically disabled
\nPotentially enabled
\nWho has crossed the current
\nBoundaries
\nBordering on the wild<\/p>\n
We refuse to understand
\nTheir coordination
\nA gift alongside their
\nCreative flair
\nA spectrum that evolved
\nBringing puzzles to be solved
\nAnd our ignorance which
\nMost are not aware<\/p>\n
Alien accomplishment
\nSocially inept
\nTheir shadow crosses
\nBirth parents
\nFor reasons which have swept
\nInto the minds eye
\nSafe to say
\nThe reason why appears
\nTo heighten tension
\nNot to mention
\nProgression down the years<\/p>\n
Digital diversion
\nAn incursion paved with fear
\nTo what is the true reversion
\nTo absolve the soul and clear
\nAway the human clutter
\nThe light force some have stored
\nWho possibly act differently
\nWho just cannot afford<\/p>\n
The same degree of importance
\nTo be socially aware
\nTo live and act creatively
\nBut whose wish is not to share
\nThe same degree of adjustment
\nTo the pleasures we might feel
\nWho are driven by electronics
\nWhose environment does reveal
\nA totally obsessive side
\nA dictation in the mind
\nAble to distinguish
\nThe coding underlined
\nBrutally asserting
\nThe robotic counterpart
\nJuiced up and digested
\nVia a mothers broken heart<\/p>\n
Often an indiscretion
\nLeads a father down the road
\nOut into the world at large
\nLeaving the heavy load
\nIn planted in the matriarchal
\nBreast to fester long
\nThis is what is happening
\nBut seldom seen as wrong
\nOf course it’s inexpiable.
\nA transgression of a sort
\nUnrighteous in so many ways
\nCompletely without thought
\nEgotistical and self absorbed
\nA mercenary perhaps
\nDispassionate and uninvolved
\nAnd gradually that saps<\/p>\n
The spirit of the spurned one
\nThe worthlessness they feel
\nThe rascality and unfaithfulness
\nMowed down by the wheel
\nThat rumbles ever onwards
\nTaunted by Us all
\nWith the Indignity and real home truths
