A rod of iron

A tale of woe and unhappiness
\nAn error let us say
\nAn ordeal that leads to purgatory

\nThe melancholic who
\nReally got cut up a lot
\nDoomed in fact to do

\nKill someone
\nSee their blood gush high
\nSomeone father
\nSomeone’s mother
\nSomeone’s child did die
\nRegretfulness heart burning
\nInconsolable fear
\nApologetic
\nDeplorable

Disfigurement and grisly stuff
\nIt all happened so fast
\nRavaged worn and squalid
\nThe shooters die was cast
\nDolefulness and weeping
\nQuerulous in tears
\nGrieve such sorrow
\nFrom tomorrow

Fear it’s in the media

\nBuy and gun and shoot someone
