\nA picnic of chicken
\nSandwiches
\nHamburgers drenched in sauce
\nUgg boots and sheep skin collars
\nWhich is yet more shit of course<\/p>\n
Cold hands and of course cold feet
\nThe security of now
\nThe compromise of formulas asking
\nOurselves how
\nWe ever did imagine the killing
\nOf a soul
\nSwathed in forest greenery
\nAnd it would be your mother’ goal<\/p>\n
She nurtured you
\nShe looked after
\nyou
\nAnd now was killing,she
\nThe parameters were rather weird

\nScant respect for life

Morality is important
\nIt’s incumbent on us all

\nTo the scheme of things around
\nAnd stalking and killing animals
\nThat share our precious ground<\/p>\n
Are not what life is all about
\nRespect of animal kind
\nAnd children should be treated with grace
\nNot as if they are blind
\nNot as if they so not care
\nFor the creatures big or small
\nAll things bright and beautiful
\nThe goddess made them all<\/p>\n
Survival needing to crap somewhere
\nWalking around the stones
\nSuffer the little children
\nAs they slip and break their bones
\nSuffering the loss of those
\nOnce living now shot dead
\nWanting just to love the soul
