She who hunts
\nWho challenges her sight
\nA rummager of leafy glades
\nA canvasser of light
\nA prying nosy blighter
\nWho ransacks and who aims
\nHer rifle through the mass of trees
\nOr this is what she claims<\/p>\n
In pursuit of beauty
\nOf elegance of charm
\nSeeking searching the huntress
\nWho tries to remain calm
\nBlatant and vainglorious
\nHead down swagger strut
\nAim that rifle pull that trigger
\nFeel it in one’s gut<\/p>\n
A polite regard for Nature
\nAnd little respect for those
\nFallow deer a grazing
\nOn weeds between their toes
\nA stillness un regarded
\nA trance like melody
\ndisturbed and
\nExpressionless
\nSo reposeful actually<\/p>\n
Motionless she lays still
\nCamouflaged is she
\nHer trousers and her coat and hat
\nIs just where it should be
\nThe rarity of emptiness
\nThe tenuous the fine
\nThe softness of fluidity
\nHer euphoria down the line
\nLife in all it’s miracles
\nAnimated pain
\nA vital spark is shot away
\nTo generate again
\nA transientness it startles
\nThis be her dying day
\nThe netherworld it cometh
\nCondemned how she must pay<\/p>\n
Matronly she bows her head
\nAnd breathes her final sigh
\nA little blood runs down her flanks
\nShe is prepared to die
\nTwitching fast and furious
\nAs she writhes there on the ground
\nWith her ululating songs of woe
\nIn her own blood, she’s drowned<\/p>\n
The huntress feels excitement
\nA sexual heat as well
\nThe rear legs are now kicking
\nGalloping towards hell
\nThe hindrance of the moment
\nThe sucking in of air
\nThe perspiration of the brow
\nAnd that look of despair<\/p>\n
Hovering there a moment
\nEmbarrassed by it she
\nWatches the wild animal
\nThat recently ran free
\nWith all the manoeuvrability
\nIt’s compliance to the cause
\nPunctilious and responsible
\nTill impact when it did pause<\/p>\n
