\nEarth Island searched and was hopeful

In Oregon an aquarium
\nSomewhere he could go
\nAnd sort of get acclimatised
\nTo freedom from the show<\/p>\n
United parcels service
\nWere sponsors in the deal
\nThey airlifted dear Keiko
\nTo a seawater pen for real<\/p>\n
He gained 1000 pounds in weight
\nAnd his skin lesions did heal
\nMore than 2 million people came
\nHe had such great appeal<\/p>\n
He was getting healthier
\n9620 pounds
\nEating lots of live fish
\nAnd doing the rounds<\/p>\n
In 98 the US Airforce
\nTook him to the bay
\nIn Iceland
\nUnder day care day care all the way<\/p>\n
He was back in Icelandic waters
\nLive fish everywhere
\nIn 2000 a tracking device
\nMade him more aware<\/p>\n
He got back with wild orcas
\nAnd swam to Norway
\nOver 1000 miles he swam
\nIn the wild, every day<\/p>\n
When he got to Norway
\nHe followed boats to port
\nAnd was surrounded by so many
\nHe was Kind of caught<\/p>\n
He surely wasn’t able
\nTo go back to the wild
\nBut was quick to follow humans
\nRather like a child<\/p>\n
He was looking for his own family
\nAnd in 2003
\nhe beached himself
\nDepressed as hell
\nJust trying to be<\/p>\n
He Died it’s said of pneumonia
\nSlavery appears
\nNever the ideal solution
\nFor Commerce interferes<\/p>\n
It’s sadly always selfish
\nThese marine parks hold no sway
\nThey talk up conservation
\nAs the order of the day<\/p>\n
But reality Shows a different aspect
\nIt’s so wrong to delay
\nTheir release, back into the wild
\nIt’s shocking how much they pay<\/p>\n
It’s one big awful circus
\nFat cats that is all they are
\nIt’s all about their balance sheet
\nReally it’s so far<\/p>\n
Away from true reality
\nIt is just subjugation
\nThey are prisoners that’s all they are
\nLost to their true creation<\/p>\n
