\nCetaceans
\nReleased from tanks they will
\nFeel that uneasy silence
\nWhere so much blood may spill
\nJust imagine in that moment
\nThe pollution that will be
\nThrown by collective agents
\nInto the ocean and the sea<\/p>\n
The plastic, oil and cadmium
\nThe roll off, the despair
\nSo many species dying
\nAnd plants and corals where<\/p>\n
Radio activity
\nEven jellies lost
\nImploding which seemed impossible
\nBut that’s to be our cost<\/p>\n
So many evils out there
\nA complete sterility
\nLolita swimming through the fog
\nHopeful of being free<\/p>\n
Lost in a different world
\nFrom how it once had been
\nThe tanks of concrete clutter
\nThe audience of doom
\nThe so called training personnel
\nThat rose out of the tomb<\/p>\n
The sea bed in upheaval
\nA cemetery for fear
\nUnwelcoming to the many
\nWho have finally returned here<\/p>\n
can,we now be responsible
\nTo those prisoners who now be
\nGiven back some freedom
\nFrom years of disharmony
\nWhich Became the simple truth
\nWhere oxygen was no more
\nWhere everything was alien
\nWhich most then did ignore<\/p>\n
Man is the pollution
\nWhere ever he did go
\nThe concrete tanks he built for them
\nWhere he tried to show
\nOff their many talents
\nTo a dumbed down public there
\nBut of course he failed so miserably
\nFor none were that aware<\/p>\n
Some they took it on themselves
\nTo reach into the abyss
\nTo save and return the many
\nTo reintroduce the bliss
\nAnd birthright of the ocean going
\nPrisoners who had been scuttled
\nAnd left broken by the great human machine<\/p>\n
We erroneously created this spoilage
\nAnd we now
\nRealise the error of our ways
\nReally now how
\nBy capturing cetaceans and killing many more
\nWe so imbalanced the environments
\nAnd now we face the score<\/p>\n
In every walk of life we see
\nThat it’s all too late out there
\nEvery soul had it’s own control
\nAnd within its space did share
\nThe qualities it was born to
\nBut man took on his role
\nTo destroy and to imbalance
\nAnd has found his own dark hole<\/p>\n
Where he sacrificed their being
\nWhere he slaughtered them at will
\nWhere he forced them into abattoirs
\nAnd made their blood to spill
\nHe sanctioned those vast CAFO’s
\nAnd polluted all he saw
\nAnd it wasn’t until the cetaceans
\nThat he had captured
\nDid restore<\/p>\n
Something of equilibrium
\nThat we realise how we
\nHad ruined literally everything
\nWithin the deep blue sea
\nWe had removed the canaries
\nThey were unable to sing and so
\nComing back to reality
\nTo the corporate world of woe
\nWhich marks the end of humanity
\nAbove and now below
\nScience really lost the plot
\nAnd the university
\nThey went along with it
\nInto a sick depravity
\nWhere everything was ruined
\nWhere everything was lost
\nThe corporates made the decision
\nIn the maelstrom all were tossed
\nHad we only seen those visions
\nHad we only let them be
\nInstead of incarcerating them
\nThen humanity
\nMight have actually prospered
\nMight have realised
\nThe damage that we have allowed
\nThat in fact we have advertised
\nMight just have been averted
\nBut we were all too weak
\nAnd arrogant to see this
\nAnd even at our peak
\nWere too ignorant to understand
\nWe let the corporates fly
\nWe bowed down to their intellect
\nAnd let the planet die<\/p>\n
The cetaceans were our saviours
\nMaybe they could be still
\nOr maybe they will perish too
