Lots of lame excuses
\nWhy bees decide that they
\nShould drop down in some field somewhere
\nAnd pass the time of day<\/p>\n
Why would they forage madly
\nSoaking up our crap
\nbayer’s chemical poison
\nThat rapidly does wrap<\/p>\n
Around their furry bodies
\nAnd get into their soul
\nAnd make them feel like death warmed up
\njust losing all control<\/p>\n
This crap is in the pollen
\nAnd in the nectar too
\nIt’s gods gift to the honey bees
\nNot especially to you<\/p>\n
But it’s all about protection
\nSoil drench foliar spray
\nOn ornamental plants and flowers
\nIt’s seems now it’s the way<\/p>\n
And the UK doesn’t support the ban
\nOn GM insecticide
\nWe are shoulder to shoulder
\nWith America still
\nAnd Too many there have lied<\/p>\n
Highly toxic chemicals
\nAre left around the place
\nElectro magnetic force fields
\nAre becoming a disgrace<\/p>\n
Tetra apparatus and cell phone
\nsmog they fly
\nAnd to cap it all they lose their honey
\nTo the arrogant bee guy<\/p>\n
Rain means bees don’t fly at all
\nAnd in England that means they
\nHave to wait around a lot
\nFor a sunny day<\/p>\n
So greed and corporate selfishness
\nMeans humans take and sell
\nThe precious life giving store house
\nWhich keeps the poor bees well<\/p>\n
Even those who make small batches
\nStill take too much, they
\nForget the bees who worked themselves to death
\nWho get no pay<\/p>\n
And then are forced to put up with
\nWhite sugar water they
\nAre pissed off by the inferior crap
\nPassed off to them
\nThey say<\/p>\n
A lot to me about it
\nHow they suffer so
\nThe bee man can take most of it
\nAnd sell it
\nWe must know<\/p>\n
That honey is for bees not human beings
\nIt’s for bees
\nSo cut your intake by 50 per cent
\nBecause they are on their knees<\/p>\n
Don’t Listen to excuses
\nWe all can help the bees
\nBy taking a smaller percentage
\nAnd avoiding the corporate wheeze<\/p>\n
Of profit the jars in the market
\nDestroyed at the processors hand
\nIt’s killing the market
