The ocean rolled forward

In seconds the speed of it

People were tangled in fences and crushed
\nBroken in pieces as the serpent rushed
\nBack up stream through houses down alleys too
\nPut incredible strength and just push it through
\nVery few people got out of the way
\nJapan became hell

The force of nature
\nThe karmic debt
\nThe bloody evil
\nIt all just seemed set

Death and destruction
\nVacuum and suction
\nMangled and torn
\nWhy had we been born

Washed out to sea
\nThousands and thousands
\nSilenced that day

The elderly and the sweet children

\nBattering rams
