will I be gone tomorrow<\/p>\n

this green writing it does say<\/p>\n

they are wanting to kill me<\/p>\n

why me I am so small<\/p>\n

what do they want to do with me?<\/p>\n

it drives me up the wall<\/p>\n

imagining the reason<\/p>\n

they took me away from you<\/p>\n

inked my back in all this green<\/p>\n

what are they going to do<\/p>\n

someone said I’m \u00a0for the chop<\/p>\n

its lambs that humans eat<\/p>\n

with mint sauce and with vinegar<\/p>\n

for them it is a treat<\/p>\n

but I don’t want to leave you<\/p>\n

I love ewe dear mama<\/p>\n

I love the life of dance and play<\/p>\n

why would they think you are<\/p>\n

someone to be distanced from<\/p>\n

they truthfully are bad<\/p>\n

don’t they have a soul at all<\/p>\n

why do they make us sad<\/p>\n

why mother what have I done wrong<\/p>\n

I am innocent and true<\/p>\n

and I so love you mother<\/p>\n

they seem so clueless too<\/p>\n

if I can just get up with you<\/p>\n

do you think they will let me be<\/p>\n

maybe they will let me stay<\/p>\n

with you so please help me<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

otherwise its the slaughterhouse<\/p>\n

that ugly building where<\/p>\n

animals walk in the front entrance<\/p>\n

and come out of there<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

all chopped up in pieces<\/p>\n

ready for the pot<\/p>\n

so humans go and buy a tray<\/p>\n

which they do a lot<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

so soon I may be hanging<\/p>\n

upside down on some chain<\/p>\n

the world is topsy turvy<\/p>\n

will may never meet again<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

in Summerland’s perhaps dear<\/p>\n

in a bright green field somewhere<\/p>\n

to share the tasty clover<\/p>\n

away from such despair<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I hope so dearest mother<\/p>\n

these human beings they<\/p>\n

are the vilest creatures on this earth<\/p>\n

its what I had to say<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

and I don’t care if they hear me<\/p>\n

I’m a baby afterall<\/p>\n

and who goes eating babies<\/p>\n

just that thought does appaL<\/p>\n
