On Sunday I stopped<\/p>\n
by Well House Lane<\/p>\n
my pilgrimage alone<\/p>\n
it always is a shady place<\/p>\n
but the sky took on a tone<\/p>\n
of the other world<\/p>\n
that special place<\/p>\n
that you reach<\/p>\n
when you are alone<\/p>\n
atop the vast green hill there sits<\/p>\n
the TOR<\/p>\n
and how its grown<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
where many chasms open out<\/span><\/p>\n and let the water flow<\/p>\n clearly the eyes of Avalon<\/p>\n bring out from below<\/p>\n the Chalice Well<\/p>\n its Yews that spell<\/p>\n its secrets anyway<\/p>\n It felt so strange to be here<\/p>\n alone<\/p>\n without C<\/span>laudia \u00a0today<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n strangely I felt frightened<\/p>\n for she was far away<\/p>\n the goddess and green man<\/p>\n opened its doors<\/p>\n and I did pay<\/p>\n and, a little hare I saw<\/p>\n it was wrapped up<\/p>\n to come home with me for sure<\/p>\n <\/p>\n the journey back was horrendous<\/span><\/p>\n driving rain all day<\/p>\n and hazardous conditions<\/p>\n on the motorway<\/p>\n but I did have some nice thoughts with me<\/p>\n as around the country lanes I drove<\/p>\n splashing through the puddles<\/p>\n of Taiji and the cove<\/p>\n of the white spring<\/p>\n and the chalice well<\/p>\n and Glastonbury Tor<\/p>\n and the moonstone cottage<\/p>\n and all the other things<\/p>\n that I adore<\/p>\n of the memories I have spent there<\/p>\n and the knowledge mostly from<\/p>\n Claudia my dearest friend<\/p>\n in all the world I am sure<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" On Sunday I stopped by Well House Lane my pilgrimage alone it always is a shady place but the sky took on a tone of the other world that special place that you reach when you are alone atop the … Continue reading
