Theres’s a snobbery and a pomposity
\nAlmost a class consciousness
\nThe swaggering of the hunters
\nTheir hangers on too seem
\nAuthoritative and bloody condescending
\nA puffery that needs a bloody team
\nAnd a Dressing down by the constabulary
\nBut of course whether it’s the
\nCorporate base exerting
\nOr the police been told to turn a big blind
\nEye
\nThese hunting people truly need
\nTheir arses kicked for actually
\nThey have no respect for others
\nWhich is why<\/p>\n
They trespass over independent land
\nAnd those landowners
\nGetting them embroiled in costs
\nTo safeguard their previous land
\nTheir livestock and their domestic animals
\nFor hunters will run roughshod
\nThen fail to understand
\nHorses get so stressed out
\nBy packs of baying hounds
\nTearing over property
\nIt costs us pounds and pounds <\/p>\n
the hunters often are not
\nEven present they are away
\nAnd that’s how hounds get out of hand
\nAnd then their supporters are the mainstay
\nThreatening given half the chance
\nOr trespass that’s for sure
\nThey think they have the right to do
\nWhatever and some more<\/p>\n
They terrorise the stables
\nThe farm the house maybe
\nYour own pet dogs
\nCan get caught in the general melee
\nThey say that they just lay a trail
\nBut it’s cobblers for we see
\nThem hunting and there’s nothing
\nAnd there no where where we can hope to be<\/p>\n
The police are just nonchalant
\nWhich says to us that they
\nReally have to ignore it
\nIt then might go away
\nAnd intimidation is coming
\nAnd you will be forced to pay
\nThey Treat you like a pariah
\nAnd really that’s no way<\/p>\n
2 Fingers and the like
\nThey may not serve you in some shops
\nTreat you like a tike
\nFor shooters and these hunters
\nAre a law unto themselves
\nIt’s elitist snobbery
\nAnd something I don’t like<\/p>\n
The light blues want to bring it back
\nBut we shall all say NO
