The wine we drove
\nall day to buy
\nI packed 3
\nin my haversack
\nand at the airport
\neuphoria took
\nout my hearing
\nwhich was why<\/p>\n
I didn’t realize
\nmy haversach then had
\nliquid and I
\nwas breaking all the airline laws
\nand I suddenly knew why
\nI had to tell the powers to be
\nand did so right away
\nthey offerred to reclaim my case
\nbut it had gone away<\/p>\n
To prevent all that
\nI gave the wine to my
\ndearest friend alive
\nshe liked it and it didn’t matter
\n1 bottle did survive
\ngreen ginger wine I gave to
\nmy wife when I got back
\nshe hasn’t tried it yet but I still see
\nit on the rack.<\/p>\n
People carry duty free
\nthey buy that after
\neverything
\nis checked and re-checked
\nthat is why
\neveryone can bring
\nthat wine in one’s hand
\nluggage
\nbut not wine bought before
\nIf I’d packed in my
\nsuitcase it would
\nbe allowed for sure<\/p>\n
or may be all 4 bottles
\ncould not have survived
\nthe trip
\nmaybe they’d have broken
\nI had to take a grip
\non circumstances really
\nit could have been the case
\nthat my clothes would
\nbe soaked in alcohol
\nand broken glass
\nat base<\/p>\n
And so took the
\ndecision cristina
\ncould partake
\nMy wife has got 1 bottle
\nsafe and sound
\nof that great make
\nthe others stayed
\nin WA
\nYes! the best idea
\nand my clothes were
\nnot polluted
\nfrom Australia to here<\/p>\n
