\nAble to think
\nAnd not be so fearful
\nAnd his thoughts
\nThey may astound<\/p>\n
Some but in a nutshell
\nThe complacency he feels
\nIs genuine and thought out
\nAnd of course reveals<\/p>\n
A heartfelt wish to warn us
\nOf the predicament today
\nOf vaccinations by the score
\nFor which some seem to pay<\/p>\n
Autism it is curious
\nHow the number of cases grew
\nAlongside the MMR vaccine
\nDr Wakefield said that too<\/p>\n
It’s about certain children
\nAnd the cocktail seems to be
\nMore to do with the sensitive ones
\nWell that’s if you ask me<\/p>\n
Our planet seems to foster
\nA great many today
\nRegressive autism is growing fast
\nAnd truthfully it may<\/p>\n
Be a lot to do with cocktails
\nOf varietal stuff
\nInerts and live bacteria
\nAnd assorted fluff<\/p>\n
For many it’s a nightmare
\nReally what to do
\nBetween that rock and that hard
\nPlace
\nIt’s a problem
\nIt’s a view<\/p>\n
Many have discounted by
\nThe pharmaceutical crowd
\nBut nonetheless important
\nAs all these souls seem showered<\/p>\n
With totally different problems
\nWith skills as well but they
\nAre a race apart from the
\nMedical mob who just get in the way<\/p>\n
And governments are not much better
\nThere’s no real lead from them
\nThey put in law and processes
\nBut from where do they stem<\/p>\n
Autism cost the state a lot
\nAnd causes anguish for
\nThose parents who must fight the battle
\nAnd who are never sure<\/p>\n
It’s uphill all the way to school
\nFrom school and everywhere
\nMothers really go through hell
\nFor many are unaware<\/p>\n
Until it’s truthfully proven
\nThese vaccinations should
\nBe curtailed for the spectrum
\nCan’t be described as good<\/p>\n
My ask today is try and put yourselves
\nWith the parents who
\nHave an autistic member of the family
\nAnd who do<\/p>\n
Everything they can
\nTo gain and equal status for
\nBut come up against those high brick walls
