Wild animals in circus
\nIs a promise that appears
\nTo be going down the proverbial tubes
\nBack tracking kind of steers
\nThese politician people
\nTo listen possibly
\nTo the corporates investing
\nGetting fearful it appears
\nWhy do morons go to circus
\nTo see animals there
\nEnslaved and cruelly treated
\nMade to somehow share
\nTheir god given talents
\nTheir instinctive right
\nTo squash it like some would an ant
\nAs if that was right
\nTo make them do the daftest things
\nThat wild souls shouldn’t do
\nJust so morons can applaud
\nContinuing to screw
\nThe life out of the wild soul
\nIt’s spirit and it’s care
\nThis is what we are paying for
\nAnd it’s not bloody fair
\nDenaturing the animal
\nThreatening its soul
\nThis is what we are doing
\nTrying to control
\nBut it’s all done with deprivation
\nAnd cruelty and pain
\nWithholding water
\nDenying food
\nFor our material gain
\nTo back track on this bill
\nIs seen as lowly
\nThe rich circus families clearly try
\nTo put some pressure to beat
\nOn politicians
\nWho dear their backlash
