It’s so sad for the lack of sensitivity
\nTowards the innocent infants on the farm
\nProfit, margins,overdrafts,and mortgages
\nHave come between sweet sanity and harm<\/p>\n
I’m sure that many farmers are not evil
\nIt’s just tHeir supermarket buyers are
\nThey tie them up in knots with regulations
\nAnd will not pay the right price so they scar<\/p>\n
Everything and make their inroads powerfully
\nThat draws the finer feelings with such shit
\nAnd so in all of this the poor farm animals
\nEspecially the infants where they sit<\/p>\n
Is right down on the ground for there’s no profit
\nThey need the milk that human beings drink
\nThey want all that colostrum to build their tiny bones
\nBut so do the supermarket hordes that think<\/p>\n
Their yogurts, cheese and mousses are important
\nAnd so the baby cow can starve to death
\nCaught up in the maelstrom of convenience
\nAnd so denied the milk, the love the breath<\/p>\n
Baby cows are abused for cheese and rennet
\nBaby cows are abused for bloody veal
\nBaby cows are stolen from their mothers
\nJust imagine you lot how that must feel<\/p>\n
Awful,it is terrible that we do this
\nAbusive,unkind evil in a way
\nWe kidnap baby cows and many just are killed
\nBut the mothers die a bit inside each day<\/p>\n
I mean to say they have carried their little charges
\nThrough the rigours that the farm has set
\nNine months of aggravation they felt the cold they felt the heat
\nAnd they did sweat<\/p>\n
They gave birth and the miracle was obvious
\nBut the farmers wouldn’t let them bond for he
\nWants to flog the milk to feed the humans
\nSo the calves can rot in hell reluctantly<\/p>\n
And what I ask are all you vegetarians
\nHoly than thou what you must do
\nIs think about all those souls who are dying
\nThat you begrudge yes you begrudge them too<\/p>\n
It’s not all bloody carnivores who are guilty
\nIt’s every single one of us who lives
\nWhether we are vegan veggie macro or a carnivore
\nThe molestation here it really gives<\/p>\n
We are anything but kind man unkind represents
\nThe ugly selfish nasty things we do
\nA baby needs its mother
\nA baby needs its milk
\nBut dairy farmers have lost their way
\nIn contracts and that ilk<\/p>\n
Tied up in their daily chores
\nThe balance sheets the bank
\nThe supermarkets will not pay
\nThe right price to be frank<\/p>\n
The customer that’s you and me
\nWe listen but we don’t hear
\nThe babies sobbing In their sheds
\nWe fail to see each tear<\/p>\n
And tears there are from mothers
\nAnd babies they are there
\nGo and see a dairy farm
\nAnd realise and share<\/p>\n
Realise the horror
\nRealise the pain
\nRealise the obvious
\nTheir life should be not In vain<\/p>\n
Realise you are not a cow
\nRealise the fact
\nThat you can live without their milk
\nBut the babies they react<\/p>\n
By dying or just being killed
\nFor they cost and want to drink
\nThe milk that goes to humans
\nSo stop a while and think<\/p>\n
Each time you eat your cheese mate
\nOr knock back some ice cream
\nOr eat some cadbury’s chocolate
\nYou can say it s all \u00e0 dream<\/p>\n
But for them it’s such a nightmare
\nThe agony of strife
\nThe emergence of a devil
\nThat takes away their life<\/p>\n
They suffer how they suffer
\nAnd it gets worse everyday
\nAll the while we drink their milk
\nThey haven’t any say<\/p>\n
They have to feel abused and sad
\nFor we have deemed it so
\nThey are only born so we can drink
\nTheir milk they have to go<\/p>\n
And go they do most of them
\nThroats slit bleeding out
\nDancing on the chain of death
