An angel almost doll like
\nAs beautiful as you ever saw
\nA crumpled little parcel
\nLying at heaven’s door<\/p>\n
War such evil bitterness
\nIt soaks into the soul
\nIt pickles the emotions
\nIt then can take control<\/p>\n
And here were two young children
\nOn the West Bank in Palestine
\nGetting off their school bus

There they lay the two of them
\nOut there on the street
\nTwo angels neither moving
\nIons gone to meet<\/p>\n
The angels she for certain
\nWas lost upon this earth
\nTolin still had life in him
\nHis spirit could unearth<\/p>\n
A chance perhaps to counter
\nThe evil that they felt
\nAnd recover from this awful day
\nFrom the cards they both were dealt<\/p>\n
The low life might surrender
\nHis heart his soul his mind
\nFor slaughtering the purity
\nApparently so blind<\/p>\n
To the innocence of childhood
\nAnd the sanctity of life
\nThat he could put his foot down
\nAnd create maximum strife<\/p>\n
The permanence of death
\nIt logs into our brain
\nWe feel that child’s humanity
\nWe see that wild disdain<\/p>\n
The thoughts of their assassin
\nAs he drove so violently
\nAimed his car straight for them
\nAnd maimed them instantly<\/p>\n
Tore them from the amazing web of life
\nWith one vile thought
\nOf the vilest sick depravity
\nIn that moment caught<\/p>\n
And a two babies full of giggles
\nFull of wonder full of care
\nWere cut down with explosive force
